HCG Lose a Pound a Day!!!!!

The HCG-Diet Weight Loss Program

Day One and Day Two

-Take the HCG according to the bottle. DO Not eat or drink anything for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
-Drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day.
-Gorge yourself and eat as much as you want of Anything and Everything. This is VERY important! The fat intake on day one and two will trigger your body to eat the stored fat on day three through forty two.

Day Three through Forty

-Every Morning after using the toilet weigh yourself without clothes. Use your accountability chart to keep a record.
-Take your HCG as directed on the bottle. Do NOT eat or Drink anything for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
-Drink a gallon of water a day.

Breakfast
-Drink as much Herbal tea or organic coffee as you want throughout the day: Organic Coffee, Green Tea, Yerba Mate, or Chamolmine tea. If you need to eat breakfast, eat one of your fruits from the list just make sure you count that as one of your fruits.

Lunch
-Eat one serving 3.5 ounces of meat from the list ( provided with purchase of bottle). Season your meats with whatever herb you would like. One salad made with the vegetables from the list.

Dinner
-Eat on serving 3.5 ounces of meat from the list. Again seasonings are ok. Eat one Salad made with the vegetables from the list.

Fruits
-You can have two helpings of fruit a day. You can eat these any time during the day before and or between meals as a snack.

At the end of each day you should total 500 calories.

Absolutely NO oils or Butter!

Day Forty one and Forty Two

your bottle will run out on day forty but it takes two days for the HCG to leave your system so you still have two days worth of weight loss left. Just follow the 500 calorie diet for two more days and then your HCG 42 day program is complete!




HCG Sample Day

Wake up take HCG as directed.
Wait 30 minutes


Breakfast:
As much tea as you want 0
water 0

Snack:
Apple 55

Take HCG as directed
wait 30 Minutes


Lunch:
3.5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast 128
3.5 oz Asparagus 19
3.5 oz peeled Cucumber 12
3 Pieces of Melba toast 35
WATER 0

Snack:
Tea 0

Take HCG as directed
Wait 30 minutes


Dinner:
3.5 oz. Ground Beef 170
7 oz. iceberg lettuce 28
3.5 oz. peeled Cucumber 12
3.5 oz. tomato 18
3 to 4 table spoons of salsa 23
WATER 0

Total for the day 500 calories and one gallon of water.

Exercise isn't necessary for the diet to work, but going on a daily brisk walk in the morning will add to your sucess in losing weight.

Ending the HCG Diet

- After those last two days you can go back to eating a normal amount of calories with the exception of eating refined sugars and starch's for 3 to 6 more weeks. Slowly introduce those sugars and starch's.

-Maintenance is up to you!!!! It is a great idea to take up some sort of exercise class, program, goal, or consistent routine that you can perform on a regular basis that you can see yourself doing long term. As for what you should eat by now you should know what foods are good for your body. Eat NORMAL portion sizes and don't overload your body with foods that are going to hurt you and slow you down. Like I said in the beginning dieting is a funny thing in the end it all depends on you! you can google HCG Maintenance and you will get a lot of ideas and suggestions as well.
